Office Timeline is the creator of an award-winning tool utilized by over 25,000 businesses to create project schedules and roadmaps within Microsoft PowerPoint. 

The company faced the hurdle a lot of software companies do when receiving an infusion of growth capital - how to level up revenue data quickly and efficiently to provide deeper visibility into what’s driving the business and inform the strategic decisions required for accelerated growth, all while juggling a series of competing priorities for internal resources. 

From manual work with transaction and cash data to high fidelity ARR data and KPI reporting 

After a decade of successful bootstrapped growth, Office Timeline had access to its cash revenue data but lacked the key elements needed to accurately transform this data into Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and generate recurring revenue metrics and KPIs. Incorporating these elements into their systems and transforming the data to produce reliable ARR and customer insights required specialized expertise and bandwidth that wasn't available.
